Cool new kitchen tool. It cuts well through cucumbers and carrots. It took me a minute to figure out how to make it a knife and then put it back together. But once I did, I enjoyed the knife as well. I found that the tomatoes did better with a knife. These scissors are very handy when you need to cut something up and don't have a cutting board nearby. Nice size and easily squeezable. Very satisfied with my purchase.

Really like these for cutting toddlers berries and small foods. Only complaint is the locking system to close is difficult to close- have to bang on counter to actually get closed. Don’t want to deduct a full star for that.
