Cool new kitchen tool. It cuts well through cucumbers and carrots. It took me a minute to figure out how to make it a knife and then put it back together. But once I did, I enjoyed the knife as well. I found that the tomatoes did better with a knife. These scissors are very handy when you need to cut something up and don't have a cutting board nearby. Nice size and easily squeezable. Really like these for cutting toddlers berries and small foods. Only complaint is the locking system to close is difficult to close- have to bang on counter to actually get closed. Don’t want to deduct a full star for that.
