Easy to use and to clean , but the size is a little to big ...the versatility is good ....it's convenient !! Over all I love it !

I only received just the grill no utensils to cook with. It heats up very fast. Best to cook on 1 or 2 not to burn your food. Also you have to coat the before use to prevent sticking.

The non stick surface is what is unique. This is not Teflon. It works like a Wok but at low temperatures so nothing burns.

Ok, I was pretty skeptical when I bought it. Non-stick surface-none of my cookware has stayed non-stick for long, but this seems to work. Hot? yes, probably too hot for an amateur and yes, you do move the food around. You definitely want to keep the food working and cooking. This is great for quesadillas-like it was made for it. EGGS: I have NEVER made over-easy eggs where the yolks didn't bust > not anymore! have 24 eggs already under my belt and going strong. Fish and shellfish are another thing that works well on this contraption. The only thing that I've had issues with is beef: I cooked steaks on here and they can be done, but they need to be relatively thin cuts of meat: The meat I used was a 1 1/2" strip steak> too think to do a proper job: keep the meat thinly cut maybe 3/4". Hamburger? I wouldn't even attempt on here because of the fat content--there you could be looking at a grease fire if not careful - save that for the grill outside. Cleaning is a breeze >just that easy - wipe it and store it. all in all - a great value for a happy purchaser!
